See Jack reacher on Monday night at a pre-screening. Here some of my thoughts. No off spoilers.First, Ma said that I agree with the general critical reception: 4/5 stars. I think the trust drama it brings high end of its category. Jack reacher's not trying to be anything revolutionary, it is more a kind of action movie goers never seen a moment. This is not Mission: Impossible, or even James Bond. Writer / director Christopher McQuarrie took inspiration from the film action in late 60s/early 70s as Dirty Harry (the name has been tested in several food be), Bullitt (for a car pursuit), and can vary Don Siegel film, Charley VARRICK. The excitement here is not over the top stunts or the Big Bang. As the only action movie re thrilled to see the main character is a tough decision outsmart, outfight and outmaneuver the bad guys.Which leads me Jack reacher character and cast of Tom Cruise. In the series of Lee Child's novel this film is based on the Jack reacher is a former detective MP. After a life devoted to military bases overseas, he lived as a sailor in the United States, which do not follow a life committed to: no home, no job, no car, no assets, no family. But I can say that about almost any character, and often do. I'd love to include some for everything.Which cruises that cast a bit helpful.
