Ill are you to just take off the cuff. Niccol is one of the writer / director I prefer. In fact, it is one of my favorite movies Gattaca, was so under-rated over the years since its release. For me, hes a great sci-fi writer, so I hope something from kualiti.Alas, In Time is not made of sci-fi thinker. He paints a world where time is money. Not a new idea, but Niccols succeed in pushing the metaphor as a commodity. They are rich with time, those who are time poor. A simple analogy. As with the other films Niccols, cinematography is beautiful. The best actors in the film the main characters do not, and Cillian Murphy, Vincent Kartheiser, and (surprisingly) Alex Pettyfer introduce more interesting characters. All shine, especially Murphy.
