Review:
If you're lucky, side effects are usually permanent. For half of the film, this is a compelling accused the pharmaceutical industry and its rude behavior towards their patients for the other half is triangular / thriller with a double cross and accessories galore. It's fair to say that the film is suitable for all its disparate parts, but overall its a complicated story that delves into artificial intrigue and wrapped up so neatly that you almost see it bow. Emily (Rooney Mara) is a depressant, her husband Martin (Channing Tatum) has just returned from a stay in prison for insider trading, but she feels anxious and can not sleep. She visits a psychiatrist Jonathan Banks (Jude Law), which sets a new drug to help her as the more well-known brands (Zoloft, Paxil, SRs, etc..) Does not seem to break Emily from her boredom. But the drug, you guessed it, so reasonable, has its side effects. It goes - no spoiler - that Emily started sleepwalking. Well, more than a dream, it does things in a dream, how to cook breakfast and lay the table, all in the middle of the night and did not remember the next day. Emily tragedy during sleep. It is a criminal or a drug is to blame? First, the premise seems to be that patients with drug approved only in the study, it is unethical behavior on the part of the doctor. Dr. banks bills to pay, but the fact that my wife is losing its strong performance. So hes working longer hours and taking on more work, including participation in this study. When tragedy will come back to haunt him as Emily, the film takes a turn - this can make a bank with abuse Shmoe manipulative drug dealer who uses his patients as experiments. At this point we do not know whether the banks are actually innocent. From what we've seen, it seems so, but he might have accidentally caused the death of someone else's prescribed medication to those who responded to the adverse event. Of course, his reputation (and marriage) in ruins, the Bank clear his name. It's actually easier than it is in most movies of this kind, because hes not in jail or anything. He just needs to pull together clues. One these keys is the latest Dr. Emily Victoria Siebert (Catherine Zeta-Jones), who is good, but guarded. She says that Emily left her care in Connecticut when a man Emily got a job on Wall Street, which eventually led to Dr. Emily banks. The second half of the film force banks to find things. Race against the clock, and comes to believe stories, he is now in full on state-sacrifice, which is presented to the viewer. It was not unusual role, in fact, a kind of trails, trying to prove himself innocent. Currently sold his innocence, and we as viewers just want to know what happened.I mentioned earlier, the film ends with pretty neat. All too neatly for my taste, although it's not as if explanations are unlikely. But never anything wrong with a few free ends, some ambiguity, and this film - the 50th and final (maybe) should be directed to Steven Soderbergh
