Review:
I just saw The Lovely Bones today and let set nagki I thought it was a great movie! OK, ill admit that Peter Jackson tried to conquer little CGI movie but can not take anything away from the heart and emotional film that can be developed. First Acting is really superb with fine performances all round. Saoirse Ronan (from my home - Ireland) is a revelation as Susie Salmon. I have yet to see such a talented acting from such a young actress for Natalie Portman in L? Oz. It was ripped from a nomination for a true performance Oscar-worthy. Rachel Weisz, Mark Wahlberg, Susan Sarandon and Stanley Tucci course (one of the finest supporting actors in modern times) are all fantastic here. I believe the nay-sayers have seen the level of CGI they lost interest and forgot what film can really offer at its core - heartbreak, thrills voltage , and joy. If you really make the effort to delve into this movie, you will come up with tears in ; your eyes. If not, then I pity you for not being able to see past mistakes CGI and see a very emotional film.
